Get accessible Mental Health care with both Telehealth & in person therapy sessions offered. Embodied Essence Therapy serves adults in both NM & CO, with the in person office being in Cortez, CO. Adolescents can be seen on a case by case basis.

Insurance accepted CO: Optum & Carelon- Others are in the process as well as CO Medicaid.
